The store much nicer since they remodeled. Staff is helpful when you can't find something. My main concern about this store is the number of non-service dogs that are in there. No one seems to be restricting them.

I enjoy going to this Hannafords because everyone that works there, is always friendly to me. They also know me and really make me feel good and welcomed. I want to make a shout out to Jamie, Jason(especially!), 2 Josh's, Bryan(liquor store), Kristin, Mary, Heather, Chris, and Shelby-thank you all!

You get no stars for being an anchor store and not taking any action to prevent thieves from robbing customers in your own lot. Enough is enough! This goes for the clowns that support that pond scum as well.

Purchased shrimp that was labeled $15.99 and two steamed lobsters. The lobsters and foil they were wrapped in were black. I returned and was told the black was only bruising and they were fine. The girl in customer service was very rude and commented "I don't know what they should look like, I don't eat seafood." She had to call the seafood department for someone to look at the lobster. They were rude too and claimed they looked fine after handling the food with their bare hands, like I should take it home then. I was refunded the cost, but very upset about the hour it took to return them. I have never seen a lobster that was black before. I got home and thought I should check the shrimp price; I was charged $20.99. Usually, I double check at check out, but forgot today. I now have to return the shrimp. As a disabled person I find this kind of mismanagement heartbreaking. It is difficult enough for me to get in and out of a car and walk far, so having to return because of the store's errors is exhausting. I wish there was a closer store that had better management.

I love shopping at Hannaford's as does my grandson. The variety can't be beat . Many options available Gluten free products as well as so MANY organic options. I like to buy Hannaford brand and earn rewards points . Price points are very important to me .

More expensive than pretty much every other grocery store in the area. But it's clean, and I can usually get in and out with what I need pretty quickly.

Poor customer service from an employee named Mary Blanchard. Went there to cash a check she tried telling me that they have a policy where they don't accept valid temp. IDs which I've never heard of that ever. That is what the DMV gives! She kept interrupting me speaking over me when asking for this policy that she claimed Hannaford holds against check cashing but couldn't provide proof of this policy when asked.There sign even stated they do payroll check cashing with valid ID which is exactly what we had but then it changed in her words that they don't accept valid temp IDs when has this become a thing? And when has it ever been ok for someone to over talk and get loud with a customer with hands crossed? even her body language made me feel unsafe. All because I asked for proof of policy and asked when this ever became a thing as this is all the DMV will give. I felt highly offended and discriminated against.
