“Rob is a great instructor. He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. The sessions are varied constantly. He will work you hard but if you put in the time and effort you will see results!! I lost 25lbs in 90 days, following a calorie restricted diet. He gave me guidelines for protein, fat, carbs and I created my own using a calorie tracker on my phone. If you are serious about getting in shape call him you wont be disappointed.”
