Brought our mower in for a warranty repair that was supposed to take 4 weeks. 9 weeks later we called for any status update and it had been completed 2 days prior with no call. We then get there to pick it up and there is a charge for work that they never called to authorize. They lost the original key to our mower. We have been asked not to return due to our refusal to pay for unauthorized work. They do not call back when you leave messages. They cuss at their customers and throw paperwork. Real business professionals here.

They are great. Wonderful customer service. I went in there with a old chainsaw that needed a special piece the guy at the front counter who does the cash register helped me work on my saw right there in the store for an hour. I highly recommend them.

Huskarvarna 230st snowblower went in there for some work and and came out it worse condition then it went it.it wouldn’t move and there are bolts missing.they said to bring it back in and still not fixed.I wouldn’t recommend this place for service or the Huskarvarna snow blowers nothing but trouble.there not worth the 1300.00 at all complete junk.
