When you usually visit a repair shop, the impression is often that you’re taking someone away from their job to address your issue. With Greg’s auto, Jeff will treat you as a guest visiting his home. Very friendly, attentive, and professional, as many others have stated, his honesty and repairs are top notch. My 2010 Outback sounded as if it was on its last legs. My son heard my car with its death rattles, shook his head and reminded me I bought this car when he was in high school. He’s now 35. I made an appointment, and dropped it off. When I told jeff I was taking Amtrak back to NY, he was so nice to offer to drop me off at the station. It seems my heat shields were causing the noise, and had to be ordered and replaced. I retuned a week later after closing, and even though jeff had already done a lot of work on my car, he was fine with me paying later. I picked it up at night, drove it to my home in killington, and returned the next day to finish the work. I asked him to check the differential fluid, and he said it was fine. No change needed. That’s honesty! Jeff and his staff did amazing work, my car sounds new, and the cost was much less than I expected. Thanks Greg’s Auto. You have a new loyal customer!

Can’t say enough good things about Greg’s auto. I came here after a bad experience at the ford dealership. Greg’s was fast, efficient, pleasant and half the cost ford would have charged me. And as a woman I give them extra points for believing me when I told them what was wrong with my car and having the parts on hand for my appointment.

I went to Greg’s auto shop since my car was making some strange noises and vibrating at higher speeds. Greg took it for a spin and identified the issue right away (loose tire lugs due to subpar work from a previous car mechanic) and amazingly refused to charge me for it. I was super stressed since I was out of town visiting Rutland from 2 hours away. I could not speak more highly of Greg’s work and professionalism. Highly highly recommended!!!

We were traveling and noticed a part hanging under the car. Stopped in here and someone looked at, then took the car in, raised it up and fixed the problem, all in about 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend this shop.
