It can take some time to arrive but worth the wait . The warehouse people are great delivering and handling any issues. The staff is terrific scheduling delivery. “I had to take away a star because after I ordered my bed...no one contacted me to let me know it had arrived, or set up delivery. I waited 3 weeks for my bed before I called them and set up delivery myself. I actually got my bill before I got my bed. However it seems that there was no issue Installing the bed once it was delivered. (I am out of town working so I wasn't there for the actual install.) I know my cat loves the bed, so I'm hoping I do too.”

“Amazing deals... After selling my favorite guitar when I was in high school... here we are many years later.. I saw "my baby" there..sitting in corner...no way... “Today we went to Mattress firm for a new mattress, we were immediately greeted and helped. I showed him what I was looking at on their web site and he showed us several samples in our price range. We left with the perfect mattress and we already have it set up. My son says it's very comfortable!! Thanks for all your help, we appreciate you!”
