Received a hospital bed for my mother who is on hospice. The gentleman who delivered the bed was wonderful. He assisted in moving old bed and set up new bed. Was very courteous and made the process easy. Very good experience. Thank you

Very difficult to reach anyone. Try to order supplies online, and can't find the website. Order over the phone, and they send they wrong supplies.

Yes, they did run into some problems when they switched the pharmacist and other staff. If you think about it. Who wouldn't have problems when switching that kind of thing? They have been there for me when I've had accidents happen and I'm talking about serious accidents! For example, someone (I have 3 teenage boys) left the refrigerator barely cracked overnight. This caused all the things in the back of the refrigerator to freeze. Well, I stored my IVIG infusion medicine back there. There were 3 weeks worth of it there. I needed one for my infusion that morning! I don't know how they did it but they got me my IVIG for that morning. If my insurance company hadn't paid for that I could have had a bill of $30,000+! They did all that for me too!❤️

The branch in Rutland VT is terrible. Nurses are rude and condescending. They repeatedly get your order wrong 100% of the time and then argue with you and dump your supplies out on the floor to count them. They are paid a set rate, not per supply which incentivizes them to give patients as little as possible for supplies. They take this too far often not even providing the basic quantities of essential supplies to do your home health procedures safely. Even if you have your physician call themselves and order the supply they argue with them!! After years of arguing with this branch, the final straw was when they insisted they didn't have my order rx from the doctor as a reason why they were yet again weeks late filling my order. I had spoken to the doctor and brought in the labels showing they had the order last month and it had many refills. Their response? "Labels can be printed" (as if I'm forging an rx). I reported them that day to corporate and switched locations. Do not take their unprofessionalism and disrespect. The behavior of staff in this office is unacceptable and abnormal. Report to corporate and switch to another location.
