I had a headache of a problem that couldn’t be solved by the customer care phone line. Walked into the store at 8pm on a Friday and Roberto took care of us immediately. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I showed up with a frustrating problem and left very satisfied and appreciative.

I could not be happier I made the switch to AT&T! I needed a new phone as my speaker broke unexpectedly I was immediately greater and helped. Tyler and John really made the experience stress free for us. Tyler was able to get my bill down and I was able to add a line. I had my toddler with me and John stepped right in and was so kind to helped keep him happy through the whole process! I could not have had a better more stress free experience! Thank you AT&T your team is amazing.

Went into the store On Friday 9/29/23 with hopes to upgrade to the new iPhone. Ryan and Trent were above and beyond helpful. Extremely knowledgable and personable. My old iphone was having issues "backing up" and wouldn't perform an immediate transfer of data. Ryan was very patient and they troubleshooted the issue until it worked. They helped me pick out a case I liked and helped me decide between the blue or gray titanium finishes for the phone itself. Being a sales manager myself, it was a breath of fresh air to see young, engaging people have such amazing customer service skills. I asked them both how long they had been working at AT&T and to my shocking surprise it was only about 3-4 months. If I hadn't asked I would have guessed years. Truly impressed with both of them and helping me with my new iPhone. Very grateful for the help and kindness!

I had the pleasure of going into this AT&T store to update my phone yesterday. I took advantage of their online system to schedule an appointment in advance, which I would highly recommend. Tyler was the knowledgeable salesman/tech expert who took care of my upgrade. He is easy to work with, is good at understanding your needs in a phone, and easily explains the features of the new phone so you walk away ready to use it without confusion. In addition, Brett, the manager was also there, on his day off I might add. He is equally knowledgeable and a nice person to work with. Both of them were genuinely pleasant and kind. I can't say enough good about my experience at this store. It is so refreshing to walk into a place as well run and easy to navigate as this AT&T store. Hats off to them for caring about their customers and creating this kind of place.

I ordered a new phone and when it came in and I went to the AT&T store. Tyler switched my old phone to my new one flawlessly. I would highly recommend going there for any iPhone or technical needs you have.

Reps were very polite and nice to work with! However, I was deferred to Samsung for warranty repair. They want me to send it in and be without a phone. I think that I should have been given a eeplacemen4 on the spot. My phone is an s23 ultra.

AT&T experience was so much better than Verizon. Real people not robots.The in store reps were knowledgeable and worked with us over the course of a couple of hours to find us the best plan to suit our needs as international travelers. What else can I say…goodbye Verizon hello AT&T!
