The owners of this establishment were so helpful. Lost my wiper blade for a 2024 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van in the snowstorm after dark on Jan 16 2024. Although they couldn't get me a replacement that night, David was able swap my passenger side for the drivers side and MacGyver'd the passenger side enough to get me home to Maine safely.
Words alone cannot express my deepest appreciation for what they did to help me.

Always have a good experience here. Staff is friendly, helpful, and they won’t steer you wrong. They have common tools and parts in stock. Definitely worth looking into and I highly recommend simply because of the professionalism that I experience when I go in there.

Dave and Eunice are always personable and will work with you to find your parts. If they don't have it, they can usually get it within a day.

You're unable to enter the store more than 3 ft, they've set up a makeshift counter out of old wood & you have to give them your list of what you're after, which actually saves me money because I have a habit of buying things I don't need when I browse lol but yeah I hope it goes back to normal soon!

Knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, highly annoying setup due to covid, not allowed in the store so have to know exactly what you need to properly describe it to the staff so they can hunt it down.
