“I showed up with special edition Pony Express stamps, intending to mail a small—mini!—pony to my cousin Josephine in northern Connecticut, and was politely told that I would be unable to post my compact equine companion. Is that not what Pony Express stamps are for? I was even prepared to use two stamps, and offered to purchase a roll of packaging tape to ensure the stamps adhered correctly. No matter!!! I left disappointed, and cousin Jo has no mini pony. Still, five stars for a good attitude.”

“Is the post office perfect? No and no one nor any business can claim to be. Our mail is delivered as promptly as it can with respect. I have had to pick up a few packages at the post office but it was an understandable reason. We are on a major road and I can’t complain that my driveway is long and hilly, which may be a reason some people don’t receive there packages/mail.The post office has a long history of reliable delivery. These days it’s getting harder with more packages and less personnel. Every time I have gone to the post office, I have been treated kindly, promptly, and with respect. I appreciate the postal employees for there hard work and dedication. It’s not an easy job. When a business starts to go downhill you must look at the head management. Look at twitter under a Musk management. We can’t change the top ranks but we can appreciate and respect the bottom ranks. They are the ones out in the crazy weather delivering all the crazy stuff we bought online. So please, give the postal workers a break. They may make mistakes, but they are human and will try hard to make things right. I hope they all get raises and more staff to keep on going. Hinesburg post office, you all deserve a huge thumbs up and a warm thank you!”
“I always appreciate the postal clerks and how kind they are despite how rude some of the customers are to them. They make an effort to help you quickly and efficiently. Williston clerks are very helpful and often have great suggestions about how to mail items in the most affordable way.”
