Product not the best. Shipped me the wrong products. Then customer service is terrible and I wouldn't even talk about return. Never order from them again nor will I send gifts out to people as I have done in the past.

We’ve been ordering these hams for Xmas for at least 10 years. This year they sent me an undercooked, soggy piece of trash. When I tried to contact them, which was near impossible, they couldn’t care less. They told me they’d look into it and get back to me. It’s March. Way too much money for a trash product and even worse customer service. Never again.

Best ham I have ever eaten. Delivery was right in time and thoroughly enjoyed. Will get my order in for an Easter ham for sure!

Awful experience. We have done business with this company over 30 years. My mom had ordered, and we always loved the product. Switched during covid due to product availability. Spent over $600.00 for a large party and the bacon was rancid. Sent to my dad and a close friend as a present. I had to call them and give them a warning. Called customer service, and not only did Tracie at customer service not apologize, but told me she had issued a credit, so why am I bothering them. Major attitude. We have ordered from Dankin and Nueske's recently. These are better choices.

I read the mostly negative reviews and decided not to order from Harrington's. Would also like to add my experience from a couple of years ago. I ordered a breakfast sampler as a gift but did see the bacon as it was being fried. It was paper thin and all shriveled up. Disappointing and I was embarrassed to have sent such a skimpy gift. Is a zero star rating the same as a black hole?

Had been buying their hams for years. Then the quality changed. At first I thought it was just a one off - and stuff like that happens - but it happened again - and again. Bad fatty hams with poor texture and taste - not worthy to be sold at a budget supermarket. Given their prices for product and shipping, there was no way I was going to continue to play Russian roulette with this company. Adios.

Just ordered bacon for my BLTs. Can't eat ordinary bacon anymore. Worth shipping costs, I wish I lived closer and could drive to pick it up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Harrington’s sent my grandmother a bad package of bacon and flat out refused to do anything about it. They offered her $10 back, but refused to stand by their product and send her a new pack. When I called them, Tracy hung up on me twice and called my grandmother a liar. I implore you, never ever buy anything from here. Just throw your money in the street, it’s a better use of your time and resources. As Vermont natives and customers for years, we are absolutely horrified and will never been patrons of this business again.

Horrible customer service to a longtime customer. We have ordered gifts from them for years and, unfortunately, they do not stand behind their products. If you receive a product with an issue, for example gray bacon in a blackened package, do not expect a replacement. Tracy in customer service hung up on us--twice! They offered us $10 off on a future order. No thank you. We won't be ordering from them again. We have found two other companies in Vermont to order from.

Received as a gift. Package included small boneless rolled/processed ham, maple syrup and a piece of cheese. The shipment arrived in a box with the bottom disintegrating, a single extra small ice-pack melted and ruptured and the three items just thrown into the box without any effort given to adequate packaging for shipment. We live in the desert where our average daytime temperatures are between 70 and 80 degrees. There was no notification of upcoming delivery and the box was not marked as perishable. The cheese was watery from getting hot so we discarded it. The ham was the worst we have ever had with a heavy chemical taste as if Liquid Smoke was used. We ended up throwing it out as well. I would never recommend this company or their products and would caution everyone to be aware of the potential for food borne illness due to the inadequate shipping protocols.

I ordered a ham on November 3 and asked for shipping the week of December 12. It is now December 17 and I am still waiting for the ham. We are leaving town tomorrow for a week. So much for the ham, bacon, cheese, and knife that the order comes with. I will NOT order from them again, if their customer service is like this. I keep tracking the package and it keeps saying will deliver the next day by 9:00 p.m., but the package never comes.

This is my very 1st review.. anywhere, anytime, and and I felt so strongly about the lack of customer support that I wanted to put my 2 cents in.I have been a faithful customer of Harrington's for many many years now or should I say, until now.I have generally been pleased with the product and their customer service, for the most part, until now. I placed an order that was going to be delivered in the week of November 14th... 13 days from now now, and was told by a supervisor that this was not possiblel as it was already loaded on a truck. The funny part is that the representative from 2 days ago, when I placed my order... told me an item wasn't available, and then told me another item was completely taken out of their line . The very next day I got their current catalog and found that neither were true. Not only that, but they would not let me cancel or change my order and reorder what I wanted in the 1st place. (But they were going to offer me a discount) for 2 hams when all I needed was one. But that's not really the point, is it? The point is, within 48 hours of the order, I should have been able to cancel (or change) an order that wasn't supposed to be here (at the earliest) for 2 weeks. Their hams are really good, but not that good and I won't be their customer again. And you can see why their reviews are really quite lame. Would you call that customer service, or something else?Check 'em out........
