Your company has no way of knowing what level my tanks are at. A couple of weeks ago your website said that my level was at 80%. I went outside and found out that it was at only 35%. I reset the website level. About a week passed and I checked the website again to find that it was still at 35%! This time I went out and found that I was actually down to 9%. I had to call Amerigas on Thursday to beg for a delivery. I am hoping that the company will in the near future be able to monitor their customer's tanks. Last time that I needed fuel I had actually been allowed to run out of propane.

Amerigas is supposed to fill our tank when the level goes down to 30%. It's at 23%. Delivery has been "pending" for a week now. My husband is a vulnerable senior who just had surgery and needs heat. Last year, they did the same. Our system did shut down just on Christmas week, in the middle of my catering season. We had to call the AG. We just called the AG again this year.

I have been with this company for years. I have always had good experiences with the drivers and the office support team. I think I may have called only twice because I never have an issues with this company. The drivers that deliver are always friendly. I have a long driveway and I try to keep it shoveled in the winter but sometimes during a storm I can't keep up with it. I apologized to the driver for not having it clear for him and he just laughed and said hey, it's Vermont. This is why I have high boots and he just climbed through the deep snow with no complaints. I feel like someone else may not have delivered my gas. Thank you all for the great service!

Overall, your service has been great except for the time the tank was overfilled and started spewing gas. This was a frightening experience for my 92-year-old invalid mother and I because we were afraid of an explosion. Your service guy came and turned the tank off, but we had to wait for a new tank to be delivered and set up.

I returned the gas and can there never any call backs and people never know what going on if there coming or you guys show up when you want to when it a call to get it filled and they always send you to many people and they always say they will call you and never do so I am not tell people to go to you at all sorry but there no need to because there no communication in your team.

I ordered gas on 8/31 to fill the tank. And it was only discovered by me a couple of weeks later that there was a gas leak at the gauge. Now they can’t replace it until Oct 20!!!! This is your faulty equipment! It should be replaced immediately! I have renters in this unit with no heat! I will be looking at other company’s in the area to change my service.

Since being bought by AmeriGas and closing the local office, I have had nothing but trouble with this company. WEEKS of missed deliveries, miscommunication between drivers and phone operators, incompliant techs, and no way to talk to anyone local anymore about weather and road conditions. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as soon as the ground thaws.
