Arrived within minutes, when I called with a dead battery in the village of Richmond. So much faster than if I had called AAA. Rod also checked a few things to see why it wouldn't start. I am grateful to have such friendly and professional service right here in town.

Rod seems like a really nice guy. He charged me what he said he was going to and the price seemed very fair. He uses a flatbed which I prefer to having it pulled behind the truck. I would recommend using Blackfork towing if you find yourself in need of help.

I locked myself out of my apartment when I went to throw out the trash. Ended up at a neighbors place since I also didn't have my cell phone. Tried calling the property management company only to get a fax machine sound. Then tried the fire department number only to get a message that they would return my call in 3 days. Next tried the police department only to be told they don't do that as it's a liability. Also tried several locksmiths, I had to leave a message with nearly all of them, one told me they don't come as far as my area. But when I called Blackfork, someone answered immediately and got to my apartment in 20 mins. And a few seconds after they got here I was back in my place. Thank you so much!!!!

First and foremost if you are on Google choosing a towing service or roadside assistance service based solely off of everything that’s important then this is the company to go with. my wife was stranded at a gas station with a dead battery in the middle of winter. I immediately called Black Fork Towing in Richmond based off of a very quick Google search. The gentleman on the phone, named Rod, claimed that he would be there in five minutes to assist her. He got there in three minutes. Thankfully Rod was able to fix the issue quickly and get my wife back on the road and on her way home. When my son called State Farm roadside assistance after sliding off icy roads into a ditch, he was on hold for a half hour and then disconnected. He called Black Fork, and the phone was immediately answered. He was told someone would be there in 15 minutes, and he was there in only 10! I broke down on the side of 89 in the morning and every towing company I called told me I would have to wait 60-90 minutes. Ron came out to my location in less than 25 minutes and towed my car to the dealer. I rode shotgun with him and he was Covid conscious which I appreciated. he's very friendly and professional.
