The owners take their job/business seriously. Good attention to detail and it's obvious they work hard for their customers. Just an example; they recently mounted 4 tires for me (not currently on a vehicle) and they wrote/recommended which location on the vehicle each wheel should go. Based on balance and tire tread. Maybe this is normal but I've never seen another ship do that. Others have just mounted the rubber and handed the wheels back...

Ran over a curb and blew out two tires in Randolph, they had me in a fixed in less than two hours, despite an already busy schedule.

Had a blow out on interstate 89 and limped into town with a donut for a spare. The hole was too big to plug. Theses guys set us up immediately with a needed full set of tires. Picked my wife up from Dartmouth Hitchcock and we still made it to lunch on time.Many thanks for accommodating us you guys!!

Was in the market for a new set of tires recently and started shopping around. Amazingly, it's hard to find anyone willing to put much effort in these days due to staff and supply shortages. We went into to get a tire replaced as we were unsure what was the issue with the tire. Turns out to be a rock that got into it and was draining the air so Andrew the tech was able to salvage the pretty new tire and got us back on the road for a girls trip we were going on.
