“What an absolute pleasure it has been working with cota and cota. We had horrible service from our long time provider over our hot water heater which was going on 4 weeks. I finally had it and called cota and cota Lynn picked right up sent Randy and Justin over here and with in 30min had it properly diagnosed and within 48 hours had it all hooked up. Meanwhile the other company called and said they would be there the next day I asked what part they ordered and it was again the wrong part! We are over the moon happy with this outfit true professionals.”

“We stopped in on a whim on a long car ride, and was pleasantly surprised. Charles in the “kitchen” is amazing and made our day! He has such great options for bakery items that all sound, look, and smell amazing. We ordered an Apple fritter with maple glaze and it was AMAZING! The maple glaze was on point. They also had just pulled fresh homemade donut holes out of the oven and now I’m wishing I got some of those too!”
“Always a good experience at Cumberland Farms, no matter where. Coffee is good and offers a decent array of flavors. Service at counters is always courteous and efficient. Gas prices are usually the best locally, and more so if using the company card. Best yet, occasional Fridays are free coffee days! Does it get better than that?”

“Somebody commented the coffee was not to there liking like how can a cup of coffee you made for yourself not turn out the way you want it too when you made it? so now customers blaming the workers for the bad coffee that the customer made for they self like how does that work? silly folks always wanna complain about something but never wanna give credit where it's due. This store is awesome might not have every little thing you want but they have all the essentials drinks, snacks, gas, beer, and even Chinese food what more can you ask for.”

“Good place to stop and get drinks when being on the road it's cheaper than some stores and they also have things there like hot and ready pizza chicken nuggets it's supposed to be a convenient store so it's got everything a little convenient store would have and it's on the road the White River Junction”

“I appreciate the discount for paying in cash, plus their gas sale day - the two discounts together are very helpful and make it the best price for gas in the area on those days.
Would be 5-stars, but one staff member McKensie? seems she can't be bothered with serving customers. Many times she's outside smoking and talking on cell phone when I come to the store, and I wait inside while she takes her time finishing her conversation and cigarette. Once, two other people came in and stood behind me in line while she was still outside. I know it's only a few minutes, but it leaves me feeling undervalued. Besides this, the station is great. This staff person is also great once she pays attention to you, very competent, but it would be better for her to put the customer first.”

“Randys is a great place to go me and my wife went in after we bought. 08 honda pilot and evey time we would take a right turn qe would hear this all full defting noise makeing eveyone stare at us it was embarrassing and we took the car to 5 shops arou d the area and they all told us that we would need new break pads and rotators even though they were brand new and we stopped at Randy's and in 45 min they cleaned out a bunch of rust that was trapped from sitting for the time befor it was sold and we only was charged 40 bucks for the fix for the additional 3 to 400 the other shops were trying so hard to make us pay for work that was not needed”

“I mean it is a gas station, but there aren't a ton of gas stations in Vermont so worth a rating. Not too far off the highway. Good snack and wine selection. Had bathrooms. Definitely not open 24 hours as I recall so just FYI.”
