Lost Treasure!! TRUST ME ON THIS!! If you LOVE TEXTILES, the finest linen, pride yourself on setting magnificent tables or preparing the most luxurious guest suite or primary bedroom, enjoy making your home a treasure trove of unique and beautiful exotic objects-THIS IS A NO MISS PLACE TO SHOP!! Beautifully merchandised.Think of these purchases as investments in your lifestyle and good designs for living-! Linen napkins I bought 13 years ago remain my pride and joy, whether I iron and size them for a higher scale dinner party presentation or wash and fold and stuff in a bucket for summer living at beach house, they look amazing.I enjoy “seeing what’s new” a few times a year when I make the journey from my state to VT and love to add to my collection of truly breathtaking fine linens and napkins. They are simply incomparable. Noel is THE most gracious representative and embodies this chic and ageless lifestyle quality. It’s almost another reason for stopping by. On my last visit a few weeks ago (Sept 2023) they offered some amazing tribal art, statuary and master glass from a premiere Vt glass artist whose work and colors I’ve admired for years. They also will custom make curtains and such but the sale items like seasonal throws or end of line patterns are tremendous values to be grabbed!!The duvet covers and bedding is almost maddening because you want it all!!If you’re an interior designer or just love creating a luxe look home- this is the place for you! You have my permission to go overboard, forget a budget and indulge, because today or years from now you’ll say- these are the finest and most beautiful things I own!One of my top 10 shopping experiences..

Ordered the Vita Washed Linen sheets in queen size and although the fabric is amazing..the cut is not. Far too wide and deep pockets..for a 20" mattress or something

You should under NO circumstances buy Anichini linens, unless you are using them only for show and don't care about the price. We had their sheets for years, and they were fantastic. But in the last three years or so, they must have lost the formula, or lost access to suitable raw materials. Simply put, the sheets are uncomfortable, on top of being expensive. And what's worse, they won't acknowledge the obvious fact - rub your hands on the sheets - that their sheet quality has suffered in recent years (likely due to pandemic supply chain issues, as several other linen suppliers acknowledge has affected them). You are much better off buying linens at Macy's Hotel collection sheets. The quality is far superior, the sheets are softer, and they cost less than half (even more when on sale, which is often).

Customer service is not what you expect from a store carrying such nice products. Slow response, lack of transparency, frustrating. I now am trying to get a refund for an order that was made in October, that was 'delayed'. End of December now and no product. I agree with another reviewer, the customer representation does silent and does not keep you up with what is happening with your order.

I ordered a full set of Anichini’s Cambridge Hospitality towels in 2020 for a house I was renovating in Palm Springs, California. Upon moving into the completed house this spring, I unpacked the towels, washed them and began using them. Within the first few weeks they began to come apart, and I realized that although the Turkish terry cloth is fine quality the construction of the towels is less than stellar, so I took them to my local seamstress to repair and reinforce them. I then phoned Anichini in Vermont to see if I could get a few towels to replace the shoddy ones, but was told by Renee that they had discontinued this collection. She did, however, offer to send me two Cambridge bath sheets she had left over. I was satisfied with this and promptly replied to a follow up email I received from her a few days later with my mailing address. it is four months later and not only have I not received the bath sheets, but Renee has gone radio silent and does not respond to my emails. In the meantime, I’m taking another of my four month old bath towels to the seamstress tomorrow to repair a seam that has come apart. I will NEVER do business with this “luxury” brand again.

Shopped on line then on the phone with personalized help. A genuine cashmere throw of 6 layers, perfect for Mom, was found in inventory in 15 minutes. Many thanks! She loves it.

Anichini is absolutely the best in luxury textiles and soft home furnishings. Their store in Quechee is EXQUISITE. Filled to the brim with wonderful eye and hand candy! If you need something not currently in stock it can take time to receive it. These fabrics come from Italy, Nepal, and India, and are woven exclusively for Anichini! I've always found it worth the wait (sort of the anti-Amazon) and have always been given a ETA for my orders. The employees at Anichini are truly wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable about the collections. It's obvious they are Anichini fans as well!

This business if simply awful. I have ordered more than $10,000 of sheets through them... Not once have they fulfilled my orders properly.....Their personal shopper Heather has a problem telling the truth....She is the queen of deception... They consistently make empty promises while knowing the whole time that they can't fulfill your orders....then they ignore and dodge.... I have NEVER dealt with a high end business this awful....

Like TED, I have experienced this same problem. I order items at the store, and am told it will be 2-4 weeks till it arrives. Then another six weeks, then months....Very frustrating, and one feels mislead. There are so many other fine linen stores that are trustworthy and dependable, so I doubt I will shop Anichini again. (Try Coyuchi or Fine Linens or Julia B....)
