She was very helpful over the phone and I set up an appointment for a test ride. I arrived early and was willing to wait until my appointment time, but she immediately started helping me.I had the opportunity to learn about and test ride two different bikes around the neighborhood. Barb knows her products well, and I received expert information over a period of 90 minutes and never felt rushed. A+ for customer service!I feel very comfortable that I will receive the same level of care when my bike needs servicing.”

“I don't know why, but I'm always nervous going to get my bike fixed. Maybe I fear that some sort of stereotypical schoolyard bully is going to come out of the shadows and laugh at my inability to take care of my bike or something.That being said, I always feel silly for being nervous after going to West Hill Shop. They are always so helpful and take great care of my bike. I always feel welcomed and never feel judged for asking questions.I'm very grateful that we have such a good bike shop in Putney.”
