I highly recommend if you aren't going to be open or have someone at the window to at least sell stamps or help with shipping packages then post those specific hours , don't say you are open and not be able to actually assist with packages or stamps ect. I understand you are probably busy and short staffed but what's the logic of having two employees laughing and carrying on behind the window and posting you are open but not be willing to sell stamps or help customers with shipping packages? Post your hours of actually being open and have someone available to help customers.

Great staff, the hours could be a little more open but I can't really complain there. Very clean building at all times, too!
