The owner puts free books out on the porch for anyone to pick up. On ocvassion I stop by on my way home from church check put what he had on the porch h and often pick up a book.
It is closed on Sundays so I cannot review more than this. But I can share that there are lots and lots of books I don't want to read;)

This is a not-so-secret Vermont treasure that is absolutely worth the visit time and again. Pro Tip: They do have half price sales every so often. Go see this treasure for yourself today!

There are not a lot of great used book shops around and this is certainly one of them. Can spend a lot of time here traveling the world in history art and music with loads of cook books as well. Lots of cards and inexpensive books as well as high priced first editions. A good place to escape for a bit and take home a great book.

The most exceptional antiquarian book store in all my travels. A labyrinth of rooms with rows and rows of organized books spanning every genre from every time. Fair prices and even a free shelf of great books on the porch. An incredible gem hidden in the green mountains.
