Had a rough go for a while there when it was closed all the time at random hours of the day, but from what I understand it was due to short staff? Either way, it's been much better lately hours wise. Beyond that, stores clean, shelves are usually well stocked, and I personally think they have more of a selection than most the dollar stores in Rutland. Makes grocery shopping so much easier when you don't have to drive into scumtown lol.

The store is listed as open however it remains closed even during business hours. Even when it is open the customer service is subpar at best.

Closed at 315pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Ridiculous, they might as well close it if they can't retain employees.

For all the bad reviews and negative experiences I APOLOGIZE! From the bottom of my heart. The store is under new management and has done a complete 180. Please come visit and give PITTSFORD DG another chance! Customer service, a clean store,and full shelves are my only goal! We appreciate all the feed back and acknowledgement and would love to turn you bad experiences around!! Sincerely, THE MANAGER!!

Very bad customer service. The girl working tonight shift did a great job. I was gonna buy a steam card to play games and I asked her if they could be returned if I purchased the wrong one. She said yes and accidentally ran it up as cash, so she had to get her manager, he came over and asked if I had the cash and informed us that they cannot be returned. I simply said if I can’t return it I’m not gonna buy it., this is after I spent $100 on groceries. he says well if your not gonna buy it than leave. Great manager. I’ll never go hear again. Thanks.

As a fairly new store they can't find any decent employees..they stand right in front of the entry way smoking..its to bad this nice town of Pittsford had to let this store in

Hey, if we can shop here and save more money than going to Hannaford, Price Chopper, etc then we are for it! They are slow to finish stocking the shelves, the aisles could stand to be wider, but the employees seem nice and helpful. Give it time people, be patient!

Like the place but it has kind off some odd staff they weird but it’s a great store you can by loads of stuff but yeah it a cancan in my opinion but I ain’t hatin tho
