I've brought my car in multiple times now for different reasons and each time he takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he's planning to fix it. “Had to get my transmission replaced at Auto Creek, and I have to say—they were amazing! From start to finish, they made everything super easy. They explained the issue in detail, gave me options, and were super accommodating, especially when it came to payment and how fast I had to pay for such a big repair.
I thought my car would be in the shop for ages, but they had it fixed fast, and now it drives like new! The whole crew was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

“This past weekend I was working in Panton, VT and my car died at the rental house I was at.
