“The Kohl's store in Berlin, VT is a wonderful place to shop. It's clean and well organized, plus they carry a wide variety of items and sizes. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. Lyn the store manager, always greets my husband and me. She also cheerfully pitches in when lines form at checkout or the returns desk. I love shopping at this Kohl's location. It's a fun experience and I'm able to accomplish a lot with each visit. I can handle my Amazon returns as well as my Kohl's returns there. They even have kiosks to order out-of-stock items, with free shipping, if I've forgotten my phone. I have shopped at this store for 7 years now, since I moved to Vermont. I go once a week or more.”

I wasn't able to do much as I'm healing from a broken knee, they were absolutely the kindest to help me swiftly (without me even asking) and helped carry it to my car! “The store is well staffed, clean, and has a wide selection of products. The pharmacy is particularly efficient and professional. The staffing efforts(HR) offer workers $15-$20/hr to start. I've been critical in the past on these issues at other Wal-Mart stores, so this is definitely one of the nicer locations.”
