Never again getting a vehicle from them I had it for 2 weeks I kept telling them something was wrong because how it drove so I took it to 2 different grudges to get the estimate I was told it needed a lot of work to it so brought it back to redeemed repair they saw what the estimate was and the work it needed he told me there is no reason for all the parts and said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and he said all the other grudges want is money so he told me he will take the vehicle back and that he will write me a check and soon as I went to clear out the vehicle and hand in the keys they all wouldn’t look or even talk to me or my boyfriend I don’t recommend going here unless u want to end up on the side of the road or paying out of ur pocket constantly for something they won’t fix also told me soon as I hand the keys over and get my money back I wouldn’t be able to get another vehicle from them so good luck to anyone who wants to get screwed over or get Fraud
Because they will scam u out of the deal????

I have got 2 cars off them and nothing but headache this last 1 I got I still have and already been though 2 transmissions and on a third that still gives me trouble and now I can’t even get my car to start! I called them and all they can keep telling me is to bring my car to them I said of fixing the problem the first time I literally drove my car home parked it in my driveway and the next morning oh no longer start I have replaced the starter and everything and you’re still not work! It has been a lemon car since I got it! Now it’s like pulling teeth to get them to eather fix it or to get a new car! There asking 5,000 for a car that is junk knowing Im a disable woman with two kids and a fixed income and can’t just buy another car!!!

They claim to have a buy here pay here program for lower income people. I call and told I need a 3000-5000 dollar down payment!! HOW CAN A LOW INCOME PERSON COME UP WITH THAT DOWN PAYMENT?????????This company lies and are not trustworthy!!!!

Don't waste your money here my "reliable" car caught on fire . 2007 Scion tc they said they did all the work on it so I was thinking good okay it's gonna be a reliable car. 5 months later the engine blew up and caught the car on fire. In the end we paid a couple dollars under $5,000 and only had it for 5 months . We had to have full coverage insurance for it . We only received $500 for a car we paid basically $5,000 for . I called them up and was like we paid $5,000 for a car we only had 5 months .that's basically paying $1,000 a month . I was like I could've been riding around in a Mercedes for $1,000 a month . Plus our full coverage insurance was $280 a month . All they could say was well if you can come up with $2,000 we can get you in another car but you won't be able to pick it like wtf . Can't even pick it.

Just finished paying off my 2004 RAV4 great running car, had 179,000 on it when I got it, has 192,000 now. friendly staff, decent prices, decent vehicles, looking forward to doing business again, It's a gamble to buy an older used car but they made it easier.

Don't buy a black Suzuki with the vin JS2YB5A30A6301231!Bought a car from them. They were fantastic and super friendly until the car wouldn't pass inspection because of a broken frame. Took it back to them on a Saturday and they agreed to give me a full refund on the next Tuesday because the owner wasn't there after Michelle asking if my boyfriend was drunk at 11am (he wasn't. He has a speech impediment but thanks for the insult) and the mechanic physically pushing me out the door because I wanted them to leave the door open while I stood outside. He wouldn't look at the car unless all the doors were shut. They were ok with me being in their little office area in the garage for 30 minutes when I was buying it though.Anyway the Tuesday I was supposed to return it I get a call while at work. Its a voice-mail from Michelle. They actually will only give me back half of what I paid. Fantastic! I'm supporting 2 kids on my own without any outside help and now I have no car and I'm out $900. Besides that what if I had gotten into an accident? My kids could have been seriously hurt or someone else could have been.I wouldn't have been so upset if they were upfront and honest with me but it's like they just told me a full refund to get me to leave. This place has been a nightmare to deal with and now I don't know what to do. I bought this car so I didn't have to walk to work and I could get my kids around. I don't know what to do now.
