Didn't introduce themselves when they showed up.Wasn't reassured the problem would get fixed. $300.00 for a pull!!!!
I definitely wouldn't recommend this specific towing company. I've definitely had better out here in Vermont.
Cheaper prices out there!!

Car broke down on way home from the holidays, many other companies I called I was left with voicemails, while they picked up immediately and offered immediate service and were nothing but helpful. Highly recommend.

Was on a break from teaching today when my battery died at Hannafords. I called several places - no answer. Found Snow and Tow and they came out within 15 minutes. Got back to class in time ! Worth every penny! I dropped AAA after many decades because the wait time is hours now. Snow and Tow are the best!!! Ps Woman owned company.Service: Battery

Snow & Tow towed my son's vehicle after an accident. They were super friendly and helpful. They honestly were the only people that were helpful and friendly in this entire accident process, and I would highly recommend them. Snow and Tow helped my husband get his truck towed when he crashed during a storm. They were fantastic from the moment they arrived all the way through the entire process, getting our belongings out of the truck, and even after just answering questions we had about the insurance process.Super friendly and responsive. For a towing company they’re pretty good at putting on about 100 miles and using your gas when the vehicle is supposed to be towed? Or so you’d think not to mention how rude and disrespectful they are when hanging up the phone and threatening to make things worse. When I was just trying to get an address and a time to get my vehicle from them. And who would think that they would charge almost $200 for a overnight fee just for the car to sit in a gas station/ Dunkin parking lot all night good thing I have Onstar and can monitor where the vehicle is at all times and see that they drove it elsewhere before bringing it to their “location” aka the gas station parking lot. The “over night fee” was receiptless and pocketed just another way for scammy company’s to give you an ultimatum either pay us or you don’t get your vehicle so what choice do you really have when they dodge your calls and don’t call you back so you’re forced to leave the vehicle with them overnight to scam you out of nearly $200 burn all your gas and put about 100 miles on your vehicle when it should have been towed. If this could be zero stars it would be.

They were very timely, Paul took good care of my car, and even made sure to place it nicely in the parking lot after the timing belt went, so it wouldn’t be in the way. We were picked up and home within an hour of breaking down. Highly recommend!Service: Car towing

Excellent tiny house towing and delivery - would definitely recommend. We were worried about moving our new tiny house about 50 miles, not having experience towing. Finding Snow and Tow was a huge relief, and the whole move was smooth and straight forward. They even checked out the route beforehand to look for low wires (which we hadn't thought of!). We were also able to toss a few extra items in the back of the pickup for the trip. 10/10.Service: Local hauling

My guy and I were stuck in a snowy creek ditch at Kingsland Bay State Park. They towed us out of the icy messy and saved us from a long night of being stuck in the woods.Great service. So glad we chose them to get us and the F150 truck out!

Snow and Tow stopped in their plow truck after my car went off the road due to a storm to check if I needed help. At the time my car would not start. The driver went back to get a tow truck, but by that time my car was running again. The driver offered to follow me home to make sure I made it home safely, at no charge. He was very helpful, I will be sure to call the next time I need a tow! Great service!

Snow & Tow arrived on the scene of my car accident just as quickly as the emergency responders. When it came time to deal with my car, they were incredibly calm, assuring and happily gave advice on the best way to handle the towing process. When I called just a few hours later, I didn’t even have to say my name before they recognized who I was, and told me my broken window had been covered to be protected from the elements. Very professional & Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for making this the least of my worries in a stressful situation!
