My experience with MiddState Towing was outstanding. They responded immediately to my service request late on a Sunday night and I was in touch with the tow operator within 5 minutes. My disabled vehicle was retrieved and delivered to the requested destination right away. Excellent and friendly service - if only every business operated like this.

Best tow experience of my life! Joe came to pick up my jeep because it would not start and he started checking things out and found the problem and repaired it! This really made my day! Thank you Mid State Towing I will always call you for help.

Highly recommend. They towed my husband's motorcycle when no one else would. The bike had an issue with the fork and it was very difficult to get it on the flatbed, which is why no one would do it. The driver worked with my husband for a long time to get the very heavy bike loaded and then was extremely careful with it to get it safely transported. This company really bailed us out of a tough spot so we didn't have to leave the bike unattended at the top of App Gap. And the price was really reasonable for a Saturday and a very tough job. I have nothing but positive things to say about the tow. Super professional with a nice driver as well as good communication from dispatch.

Wish I can say I had a good experience but when you call to have your car unlocked you expect at least decent customer service. He said he'd be at our location in 10-15 minutes and was asked to call when he got there which he agreed to. 25 minutes later after waiting in the store nothing. My wife walked out to find him getting someone else's vehicle unlocked. Then he didn't even charge her. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes to give someone who wasn't giving them the business our services? And he didn't charge her but couldn't decide how much to charge us, 2 different fees? Were we paying for her service? She even stopped to asked about it and he said she was good? I'm livid about this ..so why did we have to pay and someone who poached our service did not? Will tell everyone we know to not use this company. Unprofessional!!

Unbelievable experience with them. Broke down on a Sunday in the middle of nowhere and within 20 minutes loaded up heading to find some place open to fix. Nobody could but the owners dedication and determination to get me on the road was impeccable. Drove to a local Tractor Supply and helped with parts I needed to continue on. The only bad thing I can say is unfortunately they are 5 hours from where I live. Highly recommended and truly a good honest helpful and highly motivated owner who truly cares. I thank you dearly

I was notified that my daughter had been in an accident in Vermont I had a 7 hour drive to get there to find her in the hospitals the following day I needed to find her vehicle and was notified that it was at Mid-State towing company when I called to see if I could go there to get the things out of the vehicle they were polite courteous and very professional after I received all the things out of the vehicle I was asking where the accident happened and what happened it seemed that the accident had they happened right in the very front yard of Mid-State Towing and she had run into the back of one of Mid-State towings trucks even after all of this the people there were very courteous polite and asking about my daughter's condition there was never a mention that she had run into the back of one of their trucks I appreciate all of the help that they have done and give them a five-star rating they also have some really cool Ducati and Triumph Motorcycles in the showroomService: Car towing

I am from Minnesota and was recently on a job site in Middlebury VT. I went ahead and got a 5k forklift buried at the end of the job. I did a little research and found Midstate Towing Co.... Not only were they extremely friendly, they were on site in under 10 minutes and Joe knew exactly what to do. Would 100% recommend them every time.

I highly recommend MiddState towing! My dog locked the car with my keys, wallet and everything inside. They arrived quickly and then efficiently got the door unlocked. Joe from MiddState towed my tiny house for a 9.5 hour trip to its new home. This was precious cargo that I was very stressed about having transported and middstate did such a wonderful job- I fully trusted my home in their care. Once the tiny home arrived at the final destination the driveway was icy and Joey went above and beyond to ensure that it was safely maneuvered into position.
