I'm not usually one to leave a review but my experience here was very frustrating. The original time estimate for my truck was 13 days. It ended up turning into 5 weeks over two periods. They had a lot of trouble getting parts due to an auto workers' strike, which I completely understand, but communication was terrible. They would give me an estimated day for it to be done, and when I'd call that day to find out if I should leave work to come get it they'd tell me they found more parts that had to be replaced or the wrong parts had come in. I never once got a courtesy call about a delay so it was impossible to plan around when I'd have the truck back or how long I'd be paying for a rental. Multiple times they told me they would check on something and call right back but never did. Since I picked up the truck the second time there's been a problem with the radiator parts they replaced. I sent a message through their website 4 weeks ago and left a voicemail 2 weeks ago with no response. They seemed like nice people and the truck looks good, but it was beyond frustrating to have to chase them for updates and get no response to my latest messages. At this point I guess I just have to live with the repairs not being done right.

Please do not bring your vehicle here. Adam is unprofessional and short-tempered. We brought the car by in October, and the diagnosis from insurance was that it would be totaled (we then withdrew the insurance claim at that point). We did not have money to remove it from their lot, and when we brought the vehicle we ASKED about storage fees or paperwork and were told there were none (they did not make any specifications).After about 3 months (during which we did not have the money to take the car to anyone else) we called to ask about what it would cost to fix any part of the car, but were refused service at that point (I don't know if they don't work on totaled vehicles or were simply refusing me and my fiance). That is also when Adam became irate and rude on call about removing the car from his lot, or storage fees would be charged. He told us we "obviously weren't trying very hard" to have our car fixed and that we had no excuse to not "get it off his lot". He accused us of car abandonment since he had not heard from us, but as far as we were aware, it was stored in a safe place and not causing issues - our numbers were on file if that were not the case.I've worked customer service for years, and been to many local shops, and have never treated anyone/been treated like that without cause.He ALSO told us he needs to be paid for the work done, asking "so you don't think I should be paid? you don't?". He said we owed him. When we arrived to pick up the car, HE SAID there was NO BALANCE because our insurance had paid it off months ago. No apology for accusations of not paying him or raising his voice. They also "threw away" the parts they had taken off. I use quotes because my untouched headlight module, retainers, fender upper rear molding, both grille pieces and bowtie emblem were "thrown", but NOT the headlight module damaged in the accident; THAT they put right in my car.Please treat your car and yourself with more respect and go anywhere else.(I'm assuming I may get a response attempting to gaslight me. Last call and interaction were recorded, and we have the receipt for proof of payment. I am only saddened recording cannot be added.)BEST PART: car damage is being fixed for less than half of the over $6,000 quoted, by an honest mechanic with stellar reviews. Extreme Collision has no problem trying to take advantage people.

Such a highly professional, reliable and quality-service business! After six weeks of frustration dealing with lousy GEICO claims process and piss-poor service by a car shop in Morrisville, I was almost at wits end when I was told that GEICO had again screwed up my claim but that they would repair the car and correct claim info. Not only was the bumper replaced within five days of drop-off, the car was washed and detailed that it looked brand new! And they’re just nice people. Want great auto care and customer service? After hitting a deer my whole front driver side needed repairs. The shop was honest with expectations during this stressful time when not having a vehicle. While it took longer then expected to fix they did a great job and it looks good as new again! Would recommend them!Services: Painting

This is easily the most incompetent business I have ever worked with. They truly have no idea what they are doing. The entire business is a mess from the mechanics to the secretaries- no one knows what they're doing. My insurance company connected me to them to repair my car after I was hit by another car- and I have had to come back over 5 times over the course of 6 months because they never finished fixing it. It's clear that they are horrible at their jobs and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I normally don’t like doing this but it feels necessary, had my car brought here after someone t-boned me, the other persons insurance company suggested this shop. Where the actual impact happened looks fine, but once I got into my car to drive it I noticed 1) The sun visors are backwards, so the mirrors are facing out. 2) The lights on my knob aren’t working 3) My seat heater lights aren’t working, and my seat heaters don’t work as well! What the heck guys. Not to mention trying to get updates on the status of my car was non existent. I was already stressed over this whole experience and this shop just added to it. I would not recommend this shop to someone.UPDATE SINCE LAST NIGHT WRITING THIS: My tire pressure light turned on today!!

I smacked big pine tree and had lots of body damage but Adam and his team made my truck look absolutely brand new. It even comes back to you detailed inside and out! Everyone was always easy to get ahold of throughout the process and very easy to communicate with. Great team of professionals here!

I will recommend the Xtreme Collison & Auto Care Center in Morrisville to anyone. They fixed up my Honda Civic after I hit a deer the other night and the job they did is 5 stars and far above. Nothing like finding a great a place that will fix up your car beautifully, with that trust you get in small town Vermont. Xtreme Collison & Auto Care Center, thank you so much again!!
