Terrible customer service. Women on the floor wanted to be anywhere but there. The man at the register was great, though but didn’t make up for it.

They have pretty good options however the “manager” is absolutely vile. This man has no people skills whatsoever and comes across extremely arrogant, angry, and just downright cruel. I saw two different customer interactions where the customer asked a simple question and his response was bitter and rude. Tractor supply what are you doing?? Hiring someone that makes customers feel unwelcome to your store.I’ve never left such a poor review in my life. But this guy needs some serious training or maybe a job that doesn’t involve people. The Berlin tractor supply is much better than the Morrisville location. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but anyone is better than him. I will wait for the company to clean house before shopping at this location.

Wanted to add that i go there many time for cat food and I always find what I need for cats there! Good with stock. I always have staffs that are so friendly and patient. I could see some staffs would take time and have a decent conversation with people in the store to make feel we all are welcomed. Decent price too! Strong sense of community there. Triple kudos!

Most of the employees are super nice and knowledgeable on very specific areas of farm life or gardening. If you need help, ask for Hap, the most knowledgeable man in the building.
