They were my go to. Especially since I live in Hardwick and the Walgreens here is trash, but lately this Kinney has had random pharmacy closings when they're supposed to be open. This means I wasted 45 minutes every time this happens, and still don't have my prescription. I shouldn't have to call and verify that you're open when you have advertised hours. Do better.

Morrisville Kinny Drugs: URGENT WARNING:staff pushed me and my mother out of the store in tears tonight. Refused a refund of a purchase of one single item I made minutes before due to manager saying "3 minutes untill closing no don't do her return. ."This left me no money for my son's dinner tonight. They knew it was my last buck and I made a mistake. I even asked why they wouldn't make her a friend quickly to make a happy customer. They told me not to be unhappy and to leave.The blond manager. HIGHLY NARCISSISTIC AND DISRESPECTFUL SLIGHTLY PREJUDICE TOWARDS MENTAL HEALTH.The manager waited at the door and shut it quickly and abruptly behind me and my mother. Did not even say goodnight and was watching Us shopping intently for 15 minutes before closing.She didn't even come up and tell us they were closing.Might want to reconsider hiring this lady. Jesus. Wow.

When I called in the person who answered me obviously was unsure about what prescription I was asking for. Instead of looking for clarification the wrong pills were sent. When I questioned this my speech was insulted, speech difficulties caused by the pharmaceutical industry. This treatment of a customer was a show of patent ignorance.

Would not go here for any pharmaceutical needs. People helping with medications are rude and wear their pajamas to work, which is gross if you're going to be handling medications or prescriptions of any kind. Go to Hannafords or CVS.

Generally good store. Made me wait 20 minutes at pharmacy for advil cold and sinus. They open at 8:30 ... but three of them watching me wait for this amount of time is not the local drug store customer service you would expect from our local drug store.

outstanding customer service all around. the store manager was an absolute charm and went out of his way to help me in a real time of need. The pharmacy employees were fantastic and did their best to help me in the store. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful that I honestly left the store in tears of joy. This was the first time ive been to this store and from now on the only place i will go for all my RX and "little store" needs.

Pharmacy is always friendly and answer all questions and know you by name. My family has always used Kinney drugs for decades.
