The darker complexioned “women” is an absolutely rude and nasty to vendors and customers. Especially vendors. Claims that she’s a manager but doesn’t know it’s their companies policy for vendors to inform them that they have arrived to do a delivery. Rude to me 3 times now.

Why is Cumbie's gas always 10 or more cents more than Mobile or Irving? This store seems nice on the inside if you need something quick. I think we have been in there twice in two years.

The man behind the counter was rude because my child asked for his sandwich tosted and I asked for a pizza and was so mad he had to be bothered even rolled his eyes. The lack of customer service is ridiculous

If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I say that every single time I've been there it's been a terrible experience, I truly mean it. This morning I went there to get gas, and after trying three different pumps, I went inside to tell the cashier that the gas wasn't working. She then tells me that the gas pumps are all down, which they DID NOT have a sign ANYWHERE about. Later today, I went to get gas there again - this time, while the gas pumps were running, every 3 seconds the pump stopped and I stood there for 5 minutes just trying to fill up my tank. Another time I've been here, a grown woman tried to cut me in line and asked the cashier (instead of asking me) if I was in line before her or not (which I was) and of course the cashier just shrugged even though she knew I was ahead of the other woman. Don't waste your money here, it's never what you think it's going to be.

As of August 2021 the store is under new management and has come a long way. The staff is getting better every day. There are still some things being worked out but overall this location has been putting in visible effort.

You have a few great associates Chris is wonderful always on task and great at his job. I was in there the other day had my I’d clearly out where this young lady could see it she made me take it out of my wallet and sat it on my cigarette pack she came across as she didn’t wanna be there I think your store is a great store with potential and I understand the stress in retail but a few kinks definitely need to be worked out as far as being hospitable.

Gone in multiple times to find the store destroyed. No ice, no sugar and no iced coffee. Employee always whines and says she's the only one working but yet has time to be on her phone, hang out with boyfriend or just whine. Said something to manager and nothing has changed. Time to go higher. Not acceptable at all

Your employees need to be ready and open when it’s the correct time a couple minutes is one thing but an hour and possibly later was pathetic I don’t care about this company’s excuse just get your act together
