They refer to them as a “fear-free dog” instead — as in, we will use fear-free protocols to make this experience as positive as possible.

And on the human side of things, I’ve never felt rushed or pressured into treatment, everyone’s been up-front about our options and it’s clear they want what’s best for my dog. I’ve found the pricing to be comparable to other vet clinics in the area—but at ORAH, they’ll spend twice as much time if your dog needs it, so the value for the appointment is incredibly high. They offer an online pharmacy that can ship to your house, which is very nice.

Overall, it’s clear that the staff here put a TON of effort into making your pet as comfortable as possible, and their work improves the lives and welfare of so many animals.
