had a smooth experience getting an oil change on my old truck. have trouble opening my front door and they handled it with care. typically an oil change comes with a 27 point inspection and i asked when picking up my car and was told because my car is old (2004) it doesn’t get an inspection like the rest. didn’t seem right in the store but went along with it. hoping to give them a call and see if i can still get an inspection to see what’s going on with the truck.

Understand you will not be the customer . Your insurance company is the customer. The quality of there work is not the same as a reality show . My lights where replaced and some how the rubber Gasket on both sides disappeared. Because I had no rubber gaskets water got in the housing and shorted out the balance of my HID,z . To replace for the dealership will be $3,000 . The touch up work was not blended in and you can see the difference. My rim doesn't match the other rims so I'll have to come out of pocket to fix that as well. My car had a wrap and the person that put the wrap on took no pride in the appearance so I had it removed. The disregard for me as a customer was shown by leaving garbage in the back seat. Why would I want leftover material. It was evident that the person doing the wrap didn't have mussel memory.I understand the monopoly situation you might be in. I should have traveled to a shop I knew that should have it's own reality show based on how impressive there work is . So I blame myself for trying to save money. Saving money is expensive because not I need to travel and pay hotel rooms to have masters of there trade fix my car.Nice enough people in terms of customer service. My rim doesn't match, you can see the difference in the paint, the quality of the wrap was proff of it being the installers 1st time, garbage left in my car was pure disregard for the customer.Because I was not the customer. The insurance company is the customer. So it is your decision to makeIf you have a regular car they do regular workI have a nice car and I need to have both headlights replaced because magically the caps that cover the light bulbs don't have the rubber gaskets. The rim doesn't match and the touch up isn't blended in it looks like just a dot. My passenger headlight was damaged in the accident or by the crew replacing the fender that doesn't line up with the hood. It was there responsibility to change the light bulb but I bought replacement led bulbs and now both headlight don't work and the rubber gaskets are not there. When the LED,z where replaced they where upside-down leaving me with no high beams. I went to a different shop to replace the bulbs thinking I bought the wrong bulbs but the bulbs was installed wrong by accident or by someone that didn't know any better. The best time to find out you don't have headlights is in a place with no phone service or street lights. I like to believe it was an accident.Again saving money is expensive I will go have everything addressed by a shop that has experience in luxury cars.My 1st car had duck tape keeping the seats together. I am at the end of my life and wanted something nice. Mid life crisis car if you will.Nice enough people but you will not be the customer they only need to make your insurance company happyHow much of my time is being dedicated to someone else not paying attention and they backed into me. Not mad @t the person I'm mad @t the situation.I'll need to get a hotel room for a few days to have the hood line up to the fender and have the paint faded in.Can I bring these people to small claims court and win . Yes definitely but that will take my attention away from other objectives. It's lose lose so I'll take a vacation and put this behind me.If you have a regular car they do regular workIf you have a luxury car you are not the customer your insurance is the one paying.

GREAT customer service and fast quick fix. While in this area temporarily, if I need anything else done to my car, I'm only coming here.

Please avoid this place. Specifically the body shop. They will lose your parts and blame the customer. Nothing good to say.

The salesman did a good job and for that we are grateful. We had found a truck on the internet at Cody but it wasn't quite what we wanted. The salesman really listened and found just what we needed for our work and pleasure needs. After that it all went downhill. The sales manager never returns a voicemail and given we were dealing with the corona virus we wanted a short office meeting to do paperwork. When we got there all the paperwork was wrong and had to be printed over. Both my partner (a male) and I ( a female) were purchasing the truck. I had done all the financial legwork, yet I was ignored throughout the process. When I corrected his paperwork he looked at my partner for validation that I was correct. I was repeatedly reminded that my partner was the Principal Buyer. The way I was treated was insulting and demeaning. As soon as we got outside my partner apologized for how the sales manager treated me, so obviously I wasn't imagining it. When I contacted the owner he only made excuses and denied responsibility. There are plenty of dealerships who value their customers, it's clear that Cody Chevrolet does not.
