Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We rolled through town on a road trip in June of 22. We had a lock stuck on our hitch carrier bag. Either the manager or owner was very polite and understanding and lent us a tool to get the job done and have a wide selection of locks at a fair price to replace our broken one. We still use it as an example when reminiscing about the trip to show how polite the people of Vermont are. Class act.
