Matt and Elisabeth are one of a kind people. No matter how far I’ve had to travel over the years, I always brought my car to DuPont’s. These are genuine people that work hard each day, know what they’re doing, and do it with a smile. I know Matt will always give me a straight answer and they will never make me pay for something I don’t need. They are flexible, knowledgeable, and hospitable and I can’t recommend a better place to bring your vehicle for inspections, maintenance, or a good detailing. Go ahead and see for yourself!

The team was professional, the work was complete when they said it would be, the price was fair as well. The effort Dupont took to ensure I was aware of the issue (included videos) was top notch and appreciated. Highly recommend.

They told me I needed work done that I didn’t need — I went to two other places and they said my car was fine. The work they said was needed would have been at least $2000, if I could even find a place to fix it.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Said I needed to completely replace certain parts for it to be safe to drive, costing over $2000 to fix if I could even find an auto body place to do it. Had two other places look it over and they said Dupont was full of it, I just needed one cheap patch -- not even immediately, just before winter to make sure it didn't get worse. Not sure why they lied to me, were they trying to get me to sell them my car?

We were traveling from MA to VT and popped a tire on a terrible pot hole near this shop. They were very helpful with getting this resolved. The tow driver allowed us to stay in our car out of the rain while waiting for our ride (Middlebury Taxi, also great). They worked quickly to replace the tire. All the while, Elizabeth had excellent communication to keep us informed and was kind. Thank you for helping us out of our terrible situation so we could be on our way.

Not just for cars! I spent the time to once do the spring tuning on my Craftsman mower, but decided it was better to just have someone else do the work. Also added a Polaris UTV to the "property toys", and Matt takes great care of both of them. The mower is now 22 years old and going strong, and the UTV is a reliable workhorse. Always quality work for fair prices; the whole team is great to deal with.
