They have been with us through so much..All of the vet techs and staff are beyond compassionate. I have a dog that barks at everyone cause he is afraid of people. Doesnt phase them a bit and he needs that. They care and show so much empathy to us with our pets! They always get us in when needed and are so knowledgeable and sweet..i dont know what we would do without them. Thank you just doesnt seem adequate!”

“Can I give more than five stars to Petit Brook? If I could, I would. From the first time I made an appointment for my dear Ellie Mae, through 5 minutes ago when Dr. Mike called personally, after hours, to discuss her treatment plan; I have had nothing but an excellent experience with this clinic. Each time I call or pick up meds, Chris greets me with a smile and with care, even though I know she has a million other pet parents who need her service just as much. In terms of the medical care received, it's nothing if not top notch. Dr. Mike has been incredibly supportive, knowledgable and comforting as we have navigated an acute injury as well as some arthritis. He keeps on top of her test results, following up with insight and compassion. Twice, in the past month alone, he has taken the time to call me personally to walk through the current treatment, what to look for in progression of the arthritic joints and to invite me to keep the practice informed with changes so that they can adjust accordingly. So often, as pet parents, our worries, love and concerns are addressed, ingenuously, as though it's just another box to check off in a long list of patients. I can say with confidence that this is not the case with Petit Brook. They love animals, and respect the pet parents, and it truly shows.”

“We have been so pleased and impressed with Malletts Bay Veterinary Hospital for the 2 years we've been going there. They nursed our old dog through to the end, and Dr. Wohlhueter has been so wonderful with our older cat. She takes the time to listen. She treats us as valued members of the decision making care team (seems obvious, right, but it wasn't where we were previously). If it's hard to get through on the phone sometimes, particularly in the morning, it's because the front desk and tech staff is also excellent. They also take the time to listen, ask questions, and help make a sensible plan. Testing is expensive everywhere these days, but when the visits don't involve a lot of testing, prices are reasonable. And so worth it for the care. Highly recommend.”

It is a bit more expensive than surrounding vet clinics, but we have been quite happy here. The reason for the 4 star review is we have had a couple of negative run ins with a person at the front desk, but other than that, very happy!”
