Made a morning appointment for an oil change, arrived at their shop at the scheduled day and time and the place was closed. Total no show. Left a voicemail on their phone a didn't get a call back. Very unprofessional.

Bill is such a good person, and a great mechanic. I took my Bug there and our Jetta and Passat, Bill fixed every issue we've had. He's been my mechanic for 10 years at least, and will continue to be as long he's still working. Highly recommended.

OMG great place if you like VW's! Fair pricing and nice that they seem to always want to use true German parts! Makes a difference as most of you know. These guys have kept all my lifetime of VW's going! Highly recommend if your anywhere in the area or passing through.
