Local, dependable outfit selling propane for a fair price. Haven’t let me down in 6 years. They have even showed up a day early for no extra charge when we were running very low. Way better than the national chains in the area.

I had a new furnace installed $3,000.00. I called 2day to havre furnace cleaned they refused because I have not bought fuel from them in 4 yrs. I stopped using Rowley when I needed new fuel barrel they wanted$5,000.00.i got one installed by vt energyco op with new lines& concrete slab.$3,000.00. Was a great family business when Mr . Rowley was alive.now whoever is running the business cares nothing for customers. I'm sure mr.rowley is rolling in his grave. He valued all customers

Came at 8:30 at night in a snow storm because I forgot to call for fuel. Very efficient and quick considering that I called at 7:45 and the driver said he has 50 stops that day already. They also bled my lines so not to get sludge in the furnace. Great service. Thank you guys so much!

We have done business with Rowley Fuels for over 30 years and have never had any problems with their service or maintenance of our heating system. Recently we converted from oil to propane and they did a very professional job of switching the systems in a timely fashion. They were nice to deal with and very patient through many questions and requests for estimates and proposals for a new propane system vs. a new oil burner. Our new propane system has been remarked upon by several professional engineers as well as a home inspector for how well it was installed. We are very pleased with this company.

I would of put 0 if I could. That little girl Erin told a 80 year old woman that they can't help and will come disconnect if she didn't have all the money on a fixed income. I mean Suburban Propane even help her but they were to expensive to keep. They also delivered with out even asking to keep running up her bill. She call and ask them to stop doing this and to only deliver when she need it. They didn't care just kept on charging her. Hey I know Rowley seems to be cheap but trust me they have a racket going on over there so you are going to pay about the same anyway. I highly recommend no to trust Rawly fuels.

Terrible Customer Sevice within the service department specifically.Whoever the female is that works in the department needs to be taught how to talk to customers and that their tone matters. If I owned the company I wouldn't be keeping this individual employed and or would give them a job that involves little to no interaction with customers. I will be reviewing other alternative propane companies for both my units. I don't need to be subjected to a condescending phone conversation as a customer when inquiring about billing questions.The one on the phone is the first line of contact for people.

Worst landlord ever! Had to call town of Milton and state of Vermont on them. Had a water leak in bathroom that needed to be fixed, unfortunately the shutoff valve didn’t work. Massive lake down our wall and floor for over 10 minutes. When town asked her what she thought was going to happen when she didn't clean up water, her response “Will ask maintenance about it”. Pictures show the floor in bathroom where we had a hole from leaking and the solution, cover with molding. Floor in living room bucking and Leslie kept saying it was fine. Pictures show the tiles under that were in bad shape and look like asbestos.Then we had a maintenance worker who loves to scream and yell at us and blame us for the heat issue. Twice called police on him ( see January 19 and 20th in Milton Independent police log) second time they caught him and he admitted to drinking at lunch. He reeked of alcohol both times we called police. In photos you will see email messages Leslie sent to me when I told her the maintenance man caused me to have a panic attack because of the screaming and advancing towards me the 19th of January. Being a survivor of abuse I asked politely to have other maintenance come over, her response was I was abusive and the problem.We got out at the end of February and then had the impossible task of getting Leslie to return our security deposit. She charged us for her lock breaking and us buying a new one, wasn’t in lease she was able to. Also said she waspilf send out deposit once trash was picked up, but we had to call at two week mark because of a missing package and security deposit wasn’t sent. We gladly gave the $150 she wrongfully kept to get rid of this company and escape their abuse. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.If you research the name Rowley Furls you will see the numerous complaints against them.When we left all three inspections were failed for the second time. In pictures is pictures of the last report from town about buckling floor. Since moving my animals do not have skin problems anymore, I have gone from a rescue inhaler 2 to 6 times a day to nothing. Amazing what three weeks has helped with all of my families health!!

To say I don’t recommend Rowley Fuels is an understatement. I honestly don’t know how a company like this stays in business given its disregard for so many customers and the environment. All they care about is their bottom line, at the expense of others.

Terrible customer service- managers are rotten. Another customer lost. Faulty equipment. Their drivers don’t relay when the tanks are messed up- they don’t put notes on account when you specifically tell them something and then they accuse you of not saying it! I would never recommend this company! We have switched!

We have been customers for some time now and we recently had a propane delivery where their driver parked too close to our house and ripped the security system wire.. when I first contacted Erin it sounded like it might be taken care of.. but she basically said that it was my fault because the driver wasn't able to get to the tank... the tank is probably 20 feet from our porch and nobody has hit it before because their drivers pay attention.. she was very snarky with replying with a "happy holidays " after telling us they won't fix it.. the cable costs $20 ish and probably $75 to get it installed.. they definitely lost long term customer and as you can clearly see in the picture that the tank was easily accessible my truck wasn't there at time of delivery.. don't waste your time or money with this company.. they will destroy your property and tell you to basically get bent

Owner decided not to take responsibility for his driver running into our security system and taking it down with his truck while filling our Propane tank. This is coming from customers with perfect payment history for approximately 5 years, at least 3 different fills in the past without any problems. Owner and office manager claimed our tank was not accessible, which is 100% false and just a way to avoid taking responsibility. Not recommended!

Inept Drivers..inept management with horrible customer service.. I’m glad I only get propane from them but once this tank is empty it will be the last time.. driver tore down our security camera wire and drove off and when I contacted them I was told that they couldn’t get to the tank properly.. my truck clearly wasn’t there they had plenty of room.. unless that truck had a short hose there was no excuse to back that close to the porch and that close too the tank.. clearly the drivers and owners and managers all play with short hoses so they are not used to using big hoses or it’s just too difficult to walk 30 feet.. don’t waste your money they clearly don’t have good customer service or care about customers

I have been with Rowley fuels for the last two years, they set up a fuel tank inspection for me in August that was canceled within hours of the appointment. I set up a second appointment that was also canceled within hours of the appointment. I set up a third appointment for October and they finally fulfilled their obligation I called in today to lock in my price per gallon and was advised that Friday was the cut off date. They seem very nice on the phone but unfortunately nice doesn’t get your fuel tank inspected on time or the correct information about when you have to lock in prices. There’s a lot of fuel companies in the area check them all out before you say OK to this company.
