You'd think after you carry an account with the same bank for 10 YEARS that your money and investments can be trusted with that business. WRONG!! KeyBank's ATM in Essex Junction stole our $600 cash that was deposited. The atm froze while depositing and then spit out two receipts with no deposit amount on them. We immediately went into the bank to rectify the ATM error, and the bank manager refused to refund our money immediately. We had cash in hand this morning and trusted that we could deposit it safely into KeyBank and have it immediately available to us, but that has proven to be very untrue! The bank has no record of how much money we deposited, and they will not give us our money back until they “dispute†it...whatever that means. You're telling me, a customer who has CASH cannot trust depositing it into a Key Bank ATM for fear of it completely going MIA?!?! Instead of immediately rectifying the issue, they have the nerve to tell their customers who DEPOSITED CASH that they cannot have their money for 7-10 business days???? Meanwhile, how are we to trust their ATM to show the correct deposit amounts after they finalize their “dispute†when the ATM failed to begin with?? This business is a joke and cannot be trusted!!! Please share so others don't fall victim to these thieves!!

Whenever I go inside, I rarely have to wait. Everyone is friendly, professional, efficient. I love my local branch! Tellers at drive-thru are always speedy; I like that the drive-thru including ATM is well covered - handy for shade and protected in winter.
