The area can be quite tight and congested, with a small area to fit cars through. The layout requires careful navigation, as there is essentially one way in and one way out through the wash bays. While busy, there often does not appear to be personnel to direct traffic or answer questions. The wash itself is generally considered pretty good and effective, with many customers stating it is the best around. The premium touchless wash does a nice job, hits the bottom of the car, and leaves cars shiny and looking new, with a process that takes about ten minutes. The monthly pass offering multiple washes is considered a smoking deal. The place is always clean with everything in working order, and customer service is helpful if issues arise. However, some inconsistencies are noted, such as a lack of suds or wax on certain visits, and not all bays have features like wheel blasters. The self-service and credit card systems are available.

Used to be my go-to car wash, but they changed the way it functions. I still use it for location convenience and because it does not have rails for my wheels to go in.

Last time I went there my car was not very clean!! When wiping it down, there was so much dirty still on my car. I will not go back until it is fixed!
