Bourne’s has serviced two of our properties for several years now. I have found them to be very responsive to our heating needs and their propane prices have been very reasonable during these past few years of volatility.

They failed to keep our propane tank filled which caused us a business loss. They only reimbursed us with a credit for a fraction of our loss in business sales, unlike the previous company we had which made the same mistake, a few years ago, but reimbursed us 100%. We only switched to Bourne's because they had furnace techs on staff and our previous provider didn't. Had I known, we would have stayed put or found a better company with service techs who rectify their mistakes 100%.

Got off to a great start last year serviced my pellet stove no problem at reasonable pricing...However after my pellet stove stopped working suddenly 2 weeks agoI called Bournes for possible repair and diagnosis....and pricing for repairNeedless to say I was totally I mean totally taken back when they gave me the estimateWhich was in the excess of $ 2.500.00 dollars. Needless to say I will Not be using there services now or any time soon..Very disappointing this is a service I would Not recommend....
