“Driving down a hill and over a mound of icy snow yesterday the shield on the front of my car suddenly started making a heck of a noise. I had heard good things about this repair shop and so stopped there hoping someone could help me. Sam stepped out and immediately diagnosed the problem and did a quick fix for me with twist ties elevating the dragging front shield. (I was on my way to a luncheon and he accommodated me on the spot!). What a nice man and he accepted no payment just wished me a Merry Christmas. He will be getting my paid business in the future!”
“This place has my loyalty. Shopping here is definitely a different experience than shopping at basically any other auto parts store. Jon and Brian behind the counter have so much knowledge and are so friendly. They have also been there forever. Unlike so many other places, there is, by comparison, virtually no turnover. The staff are probably paid well and jon who's the manager is just an awesome dude. So nice to walk into a place and see familiar faces.
Another difference? There is no in your face advertising or marketing. Probably because most of what these guys do is sell to auto repair shops. So retail, while certainly present isn't their primary business. Instead they rely upon reputation. Because their customers are shopping with them every day and if they sell poor quality stuff, mechanics get call backs and lose a lot of money/reputation. That said prices are also reasonable. Also, because these guys deal so much with repair shops, they also, apparently offer training to shops and their mechanics. Yes, that's right. The guy behind the counter literally trains independent shop mechanics. So if you have a question or need advice, they have more experience and insight than you would believe. They have been incredibly helpful to me over the years and I know that they would be for you too.”

“I stopped there on my way to my in laws. My engine coolant message came on. Stopped there for help since it was a Sunday. Nice young man named Ira helped me determine that the level was fine. It was barely below the maximum line. But it was enough to set the sensor off. Said I should keep an eye on it, but I should fine. Bought coolant, just encase. I left feeling confident that everything would be okay. Great service! Thank you so much.”
“Great service! I needed wiper blades. Just gave them the year make and model of my car, and they gave me my options and helped me make the right choice. They went out and put the blades on for me for free without me needing to ask, while I waited in the warm shop. Very pleased, quick and easy, will go again for auto parts needs!”
“had a smooth experience getting an oil change on my old truck. have trouble opening my front door and they handled it with care. typically an oil change comes with a 27 point inspection and i asked when picking up my car and was told because my car is old (2004) it doesn’t get an inspection like the rest. didn’t seem right in the store but went along with it. hoping to give them a call and see if i can still get an inspection to see what’s going on with the truck.”
“I can’t say enough about Tony and his exceptional service! He had me in and out in no time even though my appointment I booked on line said nothing about what service i was in for. It was the 30,000 mile one which was a big one requiring a block of 1 1/2 hours. He had me out earlier than that even though they were short on technicians. Impressive!”

“I would give Majestic Auto more than 5 stars if I could. I was very impressed and happy with the work, detail and attention they took to fix the damage to the side of my car. I got a couple of estimates prior to going with Majestic, and went with them, even though their's was a little higher, because they took the time to explain the work needed to be done and I felt a much better rapport with them. The repair and paint was so good, it looked brand new and I could not tell where the repair had actually been done.
