“The pharmaceutical staff always treats me with kindness and patience. I haven't been able to legally change my name, but where possible the staff has done what they could for me in the circumstances. I feel safe being myself with them, and for that I am thankful. I've had difficulty with my prescriptions, but very rarely—if ever—has that been due to error by the staff at this pharmacy. And whatever problems arise, I've always been able to trust the staff to walk me through things when I feel overwhelmed and confused so that ultimately, I can deal with what I'm responsible for addressing.I know I'm not really an easy customer, and I make a lot of mistakes.
