Would give *6 stars* if I could... this is hands down the place you should order flowers from! they are reliable and friendly and a pleasure to work with. The flowers are the highest quality, often staying vibrant and beautiful for 2 weeks or more! No more giving my money to the big name national brands... I will always turn to Paula and the team at Cole's when sending flowers to my VT family, and you should as well.

I was a little disappointed in the order that I sent to my stepdaughter. It was pretty, but I thought that it was rather small for the price, and the roses were already too opened. I wouldn't purchase the designer's choice in the roses from them again2

I rarely leave reviews, in part because Yelp's algorithms perplex me. For the life of me, I cannot understand why there are three reviews that are "not recommended," and they are all positive, 5-star reviews. You have to look closely at Cole's page to even see that there are additional reviews. I live in California, and I arranged to have flowers delivered to a dear friend. It turns out she was out of town, and I didn't know it. Though the flowers had already been delivered, I contacted the shop and explained the situation. They went and retrieved the arrangement and said they could sell it to someone else. They not only refunded my money, but they would not accept any payment for the two trips to my friend's home. I understand that it's a relatively short distance from the shop; nonetheless, I felt this was way above and beyond in the customer service dept. A total hassle for them. I will definitely work with this shop again, because of how they handled this situation. I was fully prepared to have them donate the arrangement or something, as it was my fault. I was trying to make it a surprise for my friend, so I didn't ask if she was around. Cole's is in the business for the right reasons.

Last minute emergency (got a corsage at another florist and didn’t like it, they were rude about having to make up another one… so went to coles.) an hour before closing Paula more then happily made up a corsage for me and it came out great! Even if it meant she didn’t close on time! Thanks again Paula! ?

Paula is very sweet and the flowers are always beautiful. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. Every day she has a beautiful fresh selection of the most high quality flowers.

Paula put together the most lovely floral hairpiece for my wedding when my hair stylist suggested that it would be a nice touch. I had sent Paula a photo of what I was looking for and she communicated with my hair stylist directly to pull it off! It was perfect and got so many compliments. She also had some nice flowers ready for my maid of honor's hair too, and the price was also extremely fair to boot. Thank you, Paula!

Paula has a fantastic selection of flowers and they last forever! These aren't you'r standard grocery store flowers- I've had a vase of flowers look nice for over two weeks. I highly recommend her.
