Just stopped in to see if they'd be able to shorten an old watch, and service was speedy and pleasant. Jeff was very accommodating, and it turned out to be far cheaper and quicker than I expected—would recommend to anyone in need of jewelry alterations or repairs, in addition to anyone in the market for fine jewelry.... read full comment
