Super friendly and informative staff. I was camping at skyship and needed a shower. They offer 10$ day pass for access to locker room, showers, and sauna plus $1 fee for towels. 10/10 would recommend. Only thing I was wish was that they offered a weekend pass for locker rooms.

This place has what you need, but the building desperately needs updating. Yoga classes & new treadmills are especially good! The sauna, when it works, is also a highlight.

This fitness center is a great facility for the community it serves. Although being part of a resort some things go unfixed. The sauna in the locker rooms have been broken for what seems like months. There are reservations for the pool which is nice but can be restrictive to usage. Overall a great place for families and solo members to use the equipment to workout. There's are workout classes in the fitness studio and spin classes. A great way to stay active over the winter months.

This place has really gone down hill in the last year. My family always loved using the pool but this will be our last time. The locker rooms are in shambles and dirty. The saunas are both broken and have no sign saying so. The pool entrance is ripped up and has exposed sharp concrete that stabbed my foot. Also this year they doubles the price from 25 to 50 for a family one our pool pass.

Both the men's and the women's sauna are out of service. The hours change throughout the week and the close pretty early on the weekends, which SUCKS! Would love to see early hours and later evenings and the saunas to get repaired already!!

Needed a shower after downhill biking and camping at Killington. You can go and take a quick shower and relax a bit after a sweaty day.

It is a small no frill gym with a pool. I visit the gym in the early hours. It is clean and quiet.

Clean and friendly environment... if you live in the area and want to join a gym, it's really the only choice.

Seems a bit outdated, but they meet basic gym needs. Cons: No AC, fyi. Bring a second pair of shoes in order to use the weight room. They always have fox news on for whatever reason, if that's your thing. It's not mine. The facility will randomly close with no warning. Pros: it's cheap, and not crowded.

Overall, it's a fine gym to visit when in the area. It is not a replacement for your big fancy chain gym with all the amenities.Pros:Cost is reasonableLocation is beautifulNot too busyCons:No ACEquipment is oldOccasionally they close randomly and without warning or notification online

Great little place to train. Workout class/dance/bag workout room, a weight room with free weights and machines for most exercises, a spin room and a full size lap pool. The bathroom has a 4 shower room lockers and a sauna. The place is small put if you can't get a good pump here thats on you. They will kinda be petty about the rules sometimes but its prob just bored people frustrated with their lot. For example they ban outside locks but with no posted sign, they don't give warnings and will just cut any one they see like they are the feds or something. Cost me a $100 finger print lock and all that was in there was egg weights and hand wraps. Left the broken lock with a note saying no personal locks not even a sorry. So the 4 and not 5 is for like the corporate rules that petty bored staff might arbitrarily use to destroy your property if designated proper conduct by the procedure in the rule book, if you see what I mean by corporate. Most of the staff is understanding and kind and that is true but destroying customer property with no warning is not the best policy for the family mountain.
