We could not be happier with the job that Avery & Tim did in removing our old oil boiler and installing a new heat pump water tank! From the day we called, up to installation day, everybody was professional and thourough. And, the entire process did not take long at all which is amazing in this day and age!

I had a plumbing and heating emergency. I called Paquette Plumbing and they immediately sent a technician. This was so much appreciated because it was 4:30 p.m.! They secured the area and addressed both issues the following day. Upon arrival, I was reassured that he wouldn't leave until I had hot water and heat. He was professional, courteous and explained what went wrong and how he fixed the problems. Great customer service is hard to come by these days; however, Paquette Plumbing not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Paquette Plumbing.

Came to do an estimate. Told me I’d hear back in a few days, 3 months went by before I heard anything.They came, didn’t finish the job because they needed another part, and told me I had to call to reschedule. I do this, and weeks go by with the secretary telling me “I have to talk to the guys, I’ll call you right back”. I had to call 3 or 4 times before she remembered to actually call me back. They still haven’t finished the job .. but don’t worry they remembered to mail me the bill!

They came for an evaluation/estimate. I needed some simple plumbing repairs, and I wanted to have a water softener system installed. Joe took a water sample, and promised a response within a week or two. 5 months later, I’ve made multiple phone calls to the office, the secretary promises a call back, and no response or follow-up. Apparently they don’t need any new customers.

I literally went through the Ludlow yellow pages and failed to find a local plumber to do few few simple tasks. I was amazed that for the most part I couldn't even get a return phone call. Then I found Paquette. Very professional operation staffed with a friendly and helpful crew. They showed up early, Mike the plumber who did my repairs couldn't be a nicer fellow. He was in and out in under an hour. Me feeling is if you can't be relied upon for the small stuff you're not getting the bigger jobs. Paquette now have a customer for life.

Installed a combination boiler for me. Am very happy with the work. The only downside is estimates and billing needs better explanations. I found them a bit confusing and felt I made a pain in the butt of myself wanting explanations.
