Frequent delays and lack of communication. They’ve even lied to me saying my meds would be ready by eod before and I had to go in in person before closing and they still weren’t filled. Can’t even take two minutes to switch a coupon before closing and said I’ll have to come back tomorrow because it will take too long to reprocess. This is after waiting in line for several minutes. I’ve done it before, it takes not even 5 minutes. Sometimes things go smoothly but when they don’t it’s astounding what can happen.
Edit: I went in today and sure enough, reprocessing took less than 5 minutes. Would have been quicker but the girl working was new and still learning how to do it. They absolutely could have done it yesterday, the older ladies were just lazy.

One of the neta things about shopping at Walgreens is that it is exactly what you expect from any other pharmacy store. The items are generally stored in the same aisles which males it easy. The young lady at the cashier was very helpful.

HORRIBLE pharmacy! Expect to wait at least thirty minutes to be told your prescription isn't ready even though they got it days ago. Never going back.

This is arguably the worst pharmacy I've ever been in and used for prescription medications. Every time I've tried to pick up my medication, they don't have enough in stock. Once a patron starts filling medication at a pharmacy, the pharmacy then starts ordering more of that medication to have on hand for the patron. This SIMPLE, BASIC standard is not maintained here. There is one pharmacy tech who consistently struggles to check patrons out and perform essential tasks on the computer. There is ALWAYS a long line, in part due to the inability of assistant staff to adequately perform their duties, but also due to the lack of proper pharmacy management. I just tried to pick up the remainder of my refill (because they didn't have it all when I requested the refill), but I can't pick it up because my insurance thinks I'm getting a new supply. The pharmacy called to clarify, but because of how they entered it when I picked up the first portion, I can't get it. The medication isn't even a controlled substance, but is incredibly important for daily maintenance. I'll never use this pharmacy or store again.
