My oil had gotten very low without be realizing during the last several days of single digit temps, so I called Marcell Oil to see if they could make a same day delivery. Someone was at the house 30 minutes later. Thank you Marvell Oil!

They're one of the most customer oriented companies I've ever experienced. Their a local Vermont company and it shows with how outgoing they are and their very reasonable prices. I contacted them about replacing my oil tank, and they were by far the cheapest by a long shot. I've also priced other services and they beat all competitors prices. I will definitely be sticking with Marcell as long as I own my home.

Marcell Oil is a family run business and goes above and beyond for their customers. Always friendly and caring. It’s a shame someone messed with their business listing on google to make it show a 1 star rating when before this they had a 4.9 out of 5 stars!

Marcell oil service company will be more than happy to sell and supply oil to you and take the easy money. However, if you need any type of service on your oil system, they are not dependable. Extremely difficult to reach customer service on phone, no email to send a request to, if you do reach them, they wont return call to work with you. Owner is arrogant and did not return my calls when I did finally reach them to schedule for service. Company cost me additional money expenditures because of their unwillingness to respond. Will never use this company again!!
