Helpful staff and when I absent mindedly left my phone in the lobby when picking up a package they put it in my po box so I could pick it up after the lobby closed! Thank you!!!

Generally an ok post office, as far as post offices go! But, don't expect them to be open till their posted hours. They always close early, sometimes as much as 15 minutes. They should adjust their hours posted to match reality. For instance on Saturday, when they indicate that they are open until 12:00 pm, but actually generally lock the doors at 11:45, they should indicate they close at 11:45 am! And if you live in Dorset, but your mail delivery inexplicably comes out of the Manchester Center post office, good luck locating packages that weren't delivered for a variety of reasons (when you were actually home and available for receiving packages,, by the way). You will get the run around from both post offices with the final result being a promised call from the postal carrier, who they say is the only one who can help you, that NEVER happens! You have to continue calling and/or going to both post offices for several days to finally locate your package or find out they don't know where it is. Contrary to the tracking information where they have invariably recorded it as delivered!

I love this post office! The postal clerks are helpful and efficient. The building is large and feels safe during Covid time. And mailman Bob is the best!

This place is a joke, the staff working here are nothing but a bunch of degenerates where you have to repeat yourself several times for them to even grasp what you're trying to convey.
