One of my favorite stores just went on my never again list. Here’s why! I was going to purchase a jacket and three sweaters. One of the sweaters was on a rack with a 40%. Off card . When I went to make my purchases the sales girl asked if I would like to get 15% off my total purchase. When I asked if that was in addition to the 40% off the one sweater, to which she replied there is no 40% off THAT sweater. I went over to the rack where I found it and held up the 40% off sign. She then told me the sweaters were not on sale. She then called for the manager who.curtly told me the sign must have been facing down and the sweaters were not on sale they hadn’t been put out yet!! The three other items were all full price so rather than giving me the sale price for one item they lost the entire sale which was so stupid on their part!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a particular shirt and was on a time crunch, I called ahead and they had it ready for me at the register and I lucked out and got it at a great sale price.

This is your basic Polo Factory Store with the discounts one comes to expect from a factory store. The store has two floors with the Men's department on the first floor and women's clothing on the second floor. It was a neat, well organized store with helpful employees.

It says it was open until 6pm but the doors locked at 5:30. Bad employees close early. I had daddies credit card and going to spend big moneys but it was closed. I don’t like it anymore

Some of the staff there is terrific. Other times you can have individuals who I just not pleasant at all. Prices are okay. I think the store in Woodbury New York has better deals. That being said if you're not in that area and you are in Manchester it's worth stopping by.
