this change over from Sarah ( Green Mountain Pharmacy) has not been easy , happy for her, but not for us. Takes forever to pick up your prescription and then you have to get in another line to pay. I think if they're going to take on her business, they need to organize their system better. Sorry, but not sorry do not like change.

They are clearly overwhelmed. Wait times are long, and if there is a problem with prescription renewal they do not always tell you when ordering/renewing.

Our family just switched to this pharmacy over the last few months. Each time I've been there I've had to wait 20 minutes to a half hour - either on line or my prescription isn't ready when promised. But today was special as I found out how they treat their customers. When they can't completely fill your prescription, they charge you a copay for half. Fine. But when you come for the rest of your prescription a few weeks later, they charge you another copay. That's called gouging and this pharmacy and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. I'm glad I'm not a senior (yet)! The place is filthy with grime and stains around the door handles. Parking is also a nightmare. Just an overall dump and Ill be moving all our prescriptions as soon as possible.

We have had an excellent experience at Northshire, the pharmacists are all incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing seems to be to much trouble, they are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Super helpful staff and pharmacists. We are grateful that Walgreens dropped the ball to many time because it led us to Pharmacy Northshire.

There is ALWAYS a long wait. Med info is disclosure in front of community members are waiting in line. There is a more sensitive way to confine meds.

We are so lucky to have this pharmacy in our community. It has been a godsend to our family during the pandemic. The staff and pharmacists here are always quick and responsive and take care to make sure the people get what they need. Getting prescriptions filled can be stressful even in the best of times. I commend the Northshire Pharmacy for helping us to get through the worst.
