The lady who answers the phone really should know something about the business they are in. When I told her what I needed she asked how I knew what I was talking about, maybe she thinks like most men and figures women know nothing about automobiles. I can understand the 85 dollar towing charge for 50 feet as it was a Sunday but four days later and almost 800 bucks for a transmission line and transmission fluid was a bit extensive. Had it not been a Sunday I could of gotten the parts I needed at a mich cheaper price and fixed it myself in the parking lot. Then after picking up my truck, all the exterior lights went haywire, push the brake and every light on the outside lit up. Two days later the transfer case blows for no reason. Now I still don't have parking lights but if you want my honest opinion, don't go here. If you don't know anything about mechanics watch videos to help you out and fix it yourself. At least then if you screw something up it's on you and it will be cheaper, these people wouldn't even talk to me after this. So now I'm tracing wires to fix my parking lights and I replaced my own exhaust and will be replacing my own transfer case as well.

Never met a driver who was so rude and confrontational with a complete stranger as I encountered today With a man driving for this company. I will NEVER recommend or use this service.

we absolutely love Paul’s. they have always gone above and beyond for us. they have always towed us when needed at a super fair price. our cars have always been assessed and repaired either same day it’s dropped off, or a day later. they always explain everything in great detail, and do what they can to keep costs low. they are hands down the best mechanics in the area.

Paul and his team took care of my son Henry whose car broke down in “the middle of nowhere”. He got towed and car repaired by Paul’s. They are very professional, responsible and treated us well and fairly. Not many like them left in this great country of ours! Click and Clack, The Tappet Brothers would be proud of Paul and Jason!!

Hands down the best! We’ve been going to Paul’s for repairs plus tows for many years now and they never disappoint! We drive off knowing our vehicle is fixed right. Wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.

Absolute class act top to bottom. Honest, professional and very reasonably priced. They have the most incredibly polite staff, I am always happy to recommend them. If you’re calling them you’re already having a bad time but they make it as easy as it can be and are extremely trustworthy & thorough. If I could give zero stars I would. I am not at all surprised by the other reviewer who was left on the side of the road. These are not good people. Their customer service was terrible, they overcharged me a lot of money for towing. They recommended I send the car to a neighboring body shop, but neglected to inform me of significant charges that were incurring in the meantime. They left the window wide open in my car for a week during a big rain storm - completely avoidable damage. The owner, Paul, was dishonest about that and many other items. Lazy and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
